FRILO offers an all-round carefree package: the FRILO Suite. With the FRILO Suite, you can purchase the complete FRILO portfolio for a price of 499€ per month. If several people in your office work with FRILO, additional licences can be purchased for the FRILO Suite. Especially appealing: the price is reduced when additional licences are purchased, which helps you to achieve a lucrative price advantage.

In case the all-round carefree package exceeds your requirements, you also have the option of putting together your individual program package independently and according to your needs. Minimum terms
To give you maximum flexibility, the minimum term for a subscription is one month. Should you opt for a minimum term of 12 or 36 months when purchasing a subscription, you will receive an attractive price advantage and additional planning security. The subscription period starts on the day you place your order.
Notice periods
The monthly subscription can be cancelled with two weeks’ notice before the end of the contract. The subscription with a minimum term of 12 or 36 months can be cancelled with a notice period of one month to the end of the month. For an effective and proper termination, the letter of termination must be sent by post to the Stuttgart company address or by email to sales@frilo.eu. The date of receipt of the notice of termination is decisive for timely termination.
Tacit renewal
If the monthly subscription is not cancelled in due time, the contract term is tacitly extended by a further month. If a subscription with a minimum term of 12 or 36 months is not cancelled in due time, the contract term is tacitly extended by a further year in each case.
Cancellation
In the event of cancellation, your subscription will continue until the end of the current billing period or the selected term. Your recurring payments will then cease. There are no fees for cancelling a subscription. When you cancel your subscription, you lose the right to use the programmes to which you have subscribed.
