In der B2B-Branche habe ich mich schon davor gerne aufgehalten. Durch eine Stellenausschreibung an meiner ehemaligen Hochschule bin ich auf FRILO aufmerksam geworden. Das persönliche Bewerbungsgespräch und die angenehme Atmosphäre im Büro haben mich dann schnell überzeugt.
Bei FRILO kann ich mich richtig austoben. Zu meinen Aufgabenbereichen zählen Messen, Online-Veranstaltungen, die Hochschul- und Studenten-Betreuung, Interviews mit Kunden und Partnern, die Vertriebsunterstützung, die Kommunikation mit der Nemetschek Group uvm.
Das dürfte mein erstes Online-Event mit über 500 Zuschauern gewesen sein. Ohne davor jemals solch eine Veranstaltung durchgeführt zu haben, war ich nun in der Verantwortung für das komplette Event. Es war außergewöhnlich, inspirierend und gleichzeitig einer meiner größten Lern-Effekte. Vor allem die Unterstützung meiner Kollegen hat mich sehr ermutigt.
