You can therefore continue to use the programmes you have licensed as usual. The only legal consequence of the merger or the operating lease is that you now have a contractual relationship with ALLPLAN Deutschland GmbH. The merger has no effect on the licensing, use and purchase of the FRILO and DC programmes.
