You agree to the transfer of the existing contractual relationship from FRILO Software GmbH (registered in the commercial register of Stuttgart Local Court under HRB 18196) to ALLPLAN Deutschland GmbH (registered in the commercial register of Munich Local Court under HRB 147170) as of 1 July 2024 by completing and signing the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.frilo.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/EN\/PDF\/Others\/Declaration-of-consent_ALLPLAN.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">declaration of consent<\/a> and returning it to us by e-mail to <a href=\"mailto:buchhaltung@allplan.com\">buchhaltung@allplan.com<\/a> or by post to our Munich address.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We would be very grateful if you would expressly agree to the transfer of your contractual relationship.
