The conclusion of a Software Service Agreement is only possible for purchased programs. The SSA includes the comprehensive and automatic maintenance of the current program versions. This includes the adaptation to technical changes of the operating systems, the adaptation to changes of the valid calculation methods as well as the functional extension of the programs after each FRILO release. In addition, make use of the service hotline free of charge for phone inquiries, inquiries via email or direct web inquiries from the program. The support refers to software-technical problems with the use of the programs. Discounted training opportunities and a possible discount on the subsequent purchase of FRILO products round off the offer.
